MY INSURANCE
​

The FIRST SECTION is for those that use my PET SITTING Service.


It is a condition precedent to liability that the PROPERTY OWNER has arranged with their household
insurer to extend their policy to cover losses incurred whilst there is a house sitter present BEFORE THE SIT COMMENCES.

This SECOND SECTION is for EVERYONE that uses my Petcare Service.


Please note these special items relating to Insurance GENERAL EXCLUSIONS.

My policy does not cover any liability directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to by, or resulting from:

  • Pets with any medical conditions requiring ongoing treatment.

  • Pets involved in a previous attack with another animal or human that required treatment.

  • Pets listed on the Restricted / Dangerous / Menacing / Prohibited Dogs listing of the relevant local council of Australia.

  • Any dogs used for guarding, racing or any commercial purpose.

  • Any animal less than 8 weeks old.

  • Pre-existing Veterinary conditions, illness or old age.

  • Commercially run boarding kennels.

  • Reduction in Value; this policy does not cover for the “value” of any pet’s “show” value.

  • Any animals other than dogs, cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs & rabbits, are cared for entirely at the owners risk.

PLEASE NOTE 

  • You will be given a copy of the above info at the MEET n GREET and you will be required to SIGN/DATE each section before I accept your Booking. 

  • You will also be required to show PROOF of VACCINATION / AGE of pet. 

  • If your pet is MICROCHIPPED, I will also require that info.

IMPORTANT BOOKING BITS

SECURING YOUR BOOKING:

After your MEET n GREET, you will be asked to provide payment to secure your booking spot.

If you delay in paying for your booking, and another booking request comes in for those dates, we will give you a call to see if you are ready to provide payment.  If you are not ready, then we will give those dates to the booking request that just came in.

We apologise if the way we do this offends you.

 
CEEANDAY PETCARE SERVICES BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

This Ceeanday Petcare Services cancellation policy applies to ALL pre-paid bookings.

(Full payment for all bookings MUST be made by you within 48 hours of original booking acceptance and confirmation by Ceeanday Petcare Services.)

  1. If you cancel your booking 19 DAYS OR MORE prior to the commencement of your booking period, you will receive a full refund of pre-paid service charges.

  2. If you cancel your booking between 18 DAYS PRIOR AND 6 DAYS PRIOR to the commencement of your booking period, you will receive a refund of HALF (50%) of pre-paid service charges.

  3. If you cancel your booking 5 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR to the commencement of your booking period then you will not be entitled to receive ANY REFUND of pre-paid service charges.

 

Cancellations must be made personally to Ceeanday Petcare Services by phone - if you are unable to reach us by phone, send us a text and we will phone you back to confirm the cancellation.  In this case the cancellation time will be adjusted to be the time at which the text was received by us.
